How this site handles what you share.
Heart & Science International (HSI) collects only what you type into a form on this site, uses it only to respond to you, and never sells or shares it. This page says exactly what that means.

What each form collects
- Contact form (Contact HSI) and the message form on the home page: your full name, email address, organization, what you are reaching out about, and your message.
- Keynote booking request (Keynotes): your name, organization, email address, phone number, event date, audience size, preferred format, and your message.
- Resource Vault sign-up (Resources): your first name and email address, plus your agreement to receive occasional HSI updates, which the form requires.
Fields marked with an asterisk are required; anything you leave blank is not collected, and nothing is collected from you unless you submit a form.
How HSI uses it
Your information is used only to respond to your inquiry. It is never sold or shared. HSI reads your message, replies to the address you gave, and keeps the email thread the way any business keeps its correspondence. Sending a message does not put you on a mailing list.
If you sign up on the Resources page, your first name and email address give you access to the HSI Resource Vault and let HSI send occasional updates. You can stop those at any time by replying to any HSI email or writing to info@hsiorg.com. HSI does not send updates to anyone who has not signed up for them.
Who handles it
Form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms, a hosted form service, which forwards each one by email to HSI’s mailbox, info@hsiorg.com. Nothing you submit is stored on this website itself. Web3Forms processes a submission only to deliver it; its own privacy policy governs what it retains.
This site is served by Firebase Hosting, a Google service. Like any web host, it may keep standard server logs, such as the address that requested a page and when. HSI does not use those logs to identify or profile visitors.
Analytics and cookies
This site runs no analytics, sets no cookies, and loads no third-party scripts, fonts, or embeds. Nothing follows you from page to page.
Videos on this site are plain links to YouTube with a preview image hosted here. Nothing loads from YouTube until you choose to open a video, and YouTube’s own privacy policy applies once you do. The same is true of links to Amazon, LinkedIn, SAM.gov, SBA.gov, and The Behavioral Toolbox: each is a separate site with its own privacy practices.
Your requests
To see, correct, or delete anything you have submitted, or to stop HSI updates, email info@hsiorg.com. HSI responds within two business days.
Changes to this page
When the way this site handles information changes, this page changes with it, and the effective date at the top is updated.
